Kees van Raad教授任教与荷兰莱顿大学国际税法研究所，莱顿国际税务中心主席，莱顿大学国际税法LLM项目负责人，国际财政联盟（International Fiscal Association）专家小组的主席团成员，2006年至2012年期间，担任欧洲税法教授联盟的主席一职。
此外，Kees van Raad是荷兰著名国际律师事务所Loyens&Loeff的税法顾问，以及荷兰上诉法院税务庭副法官。
Kees van Raad教授同时是多所世界名校的客座教授。
