附：Emily Lee教授简介：
Professor Emily Lee’s academic qualifications comprise a PhD with ‘Distinction’ honours from the University of British Columbia (UBC) (2007); an LLM from UBC (1998); and an LLB from National Taiwan University (1993). She joined the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2008. She taught at UBC from 2004-2007. Prior to her academic career, she worked for a substantial period with top law firms in Taiwan and Canada, specialising in commercial/corporate and financial work.
She is a Deputy Director for the Asian Institute of International Financial Law (AIIFL) and the LLM Corporate & Financial Law (CFL) programme at HKU’s Faculty of Law. She has worked as a supervisor for PhD and SJD students in the Faculty.
The research area to which Professor Lee contributes greatly is international financial law. Furthermore, she has developed an area of specialised academic expertise in Hong Kong-China Cross-Border Insolvency with a strong comparative law aspect. Her work in financial law and insolvency law has been cited by researchers in both common law and civil law jurisdictions including the US, the UK, Australia, Singapore, mainland China and Hong Kong.
