Warwick Gullett教授简介
Professor Warwick Gullett was Deputy Director of the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS) prior to being appointed Dean of Law at the University of Wollongong, Australia in 2012. He holds degrees in Law and Geography from Monash University (1997) and a PhD from the Australian National University (2002). His research interests focus on legal protection of the marine environment and the international law of the sea. Professor Gullett has written extensively on laws regarding the marine environment, in particular focusing on fisheries law, marine protected areas, marine resource management and jurisdictional issues. His work has been cited by the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal, NSW Land and Environment Court and the South Australian Environment Resources and Development Court. He is the author of Fisheries Law in Australia (335pp, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2008) and co-editor of Asia-Pacific and the Implementation of the Law of the Sea: Regional Legislative and Policy Approaches to the Law of the Sea Convention (230pp, Brill/Nijhoff, 2016) and Marine Resources Management (359pp, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2011). Professor Gullett is Current Legal Developments Editor for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy.
