近期，我院中国法硕士（LLM）项目再次输送优秀学生到联合国实习。哈萨克斯坦籍留学生Assem Arenzhanova（中文名：艾琳），已于今年1月份起在位于美国纽约的联合国总部UN-OHRLLS高级代表办公室工作。该办公室为联合国秘书处下属，主要为不发达国家、内陆发展中国家和小岛屿发展中国家的经济和社会的可持续发展提供政策和专业支持。
谈及目前在联合国的工作，艾琳说：“我在联合国的每一天都是个新故事，在这里你会遇到有动力并努力实现可持续发展的新人。我的日常工作职责包括但不限于撰写、编辑、研究、翻译，研究媒体伙伴关系和活动，协助会议沟通等。在联合国实习工作绝对是开启职业生涯最丰富和优秀的经验，最重要的是拓宽了专业和教育视野。”（My every day at the United Nations is like a new story where you meet new people that are motivated and striving to achieve sustainable development. The day-to-day responsibilities include, but not limited to assisting with writing, editing, researching, translating, communications products, maintenance of the website and social media accounts; researching media partnerships and campaigns, assisting with conference communications etc. Internship at the United Nations is definitely enriching and excellent experience to start a career and most of all broaden professional and educational horizons.）
谈及母校浙大，艾琳充满自豪。她说选择在浙大法学院攻读LLM学位，在丰富法律专业知识的同时，更重要的是开拓了视野。她感谢浙大所提供的平台和机会，也祝愿法学院的LLM项目能有更长远发展，招收更多全球英才。（Being a graduate of the LL.M Program at Guanghua Law School, I sincerely wish to the Program further development and prosperity. I would like to see it to attract young talents from all over the world and to train them into next-generation professionals.）
艾琳的导师、国际法律教育中心主任王超老师介绍说，我院的LLM/SJD项目经过近几年的快速发展，目前在校生人数基本维持在四五十人，规模稳居国内前列，国际声誉日渐提升。未来几年该项目也将继续在促进高端就业、尤其是向各国际组织和各国政府和使领馆等输送精英人才方面加大工作力度。
据悉，艾琳同学是继Maziyar Shokrani博士（2017年曾与联合国和平与裁军中心实习半年）之后，我院LLM项目近年培养的第二位于联合国系统实习的优秀学生。
