Lee Yong-Joong（李庸中）教授，现任教于韩国东国大学（Dongguk University）法学院、同时兼任韩国李�国际法研究院院长，Journal of East Asia & International Law期刊主编。李教授主要研究国际公法和国际关系，最新著作包括 China and International Law in the 21st Century, YIJUN Press (2013); Evolving Concept of Law in Korea: A Historical and Comparative Perspective, 21 Asia Pacific Law Review 1 (2013) 等。李教授早年毕业于荷兰莱顿大学和鹿特丹大学，海牙国际法学院学员。
