2022年暑期线上项目报名通知

 

各位同学好,

为顺利开展国际交流活动,我院将于2022年暑期陆续以线上方式举办短期访学交流。目前我院暑期将开展5门线上国际交流课程(牛津项目已单独发布)。所有授课和辅导均将通过网络现将有关事项通知如下:

教师简介

朴鲁馨Park No-Hyoung高丽大学法学院教授(国际法、国际经济法、欧盟法、谈判学、个人信息保护法、网络安全法)曾任高丽大学法学院院长。于韩国高丽大学获得法学学士、硕士学位,后于美国哈佛大学获法学硕士学位,于英国剑桥大学获法学博士学位。目前任高丽大学网络法中心所长 高丽大学中国法官培训项目负责人并 担任韩国网络法政策小组首任组长(韩国网络法牵头人) 韩国国际网络法研究会首任会长(韩国国际网络法牵头人)韩国调解学会会长WIPO仲裁调解中心仲裁调解员曼彻斯特国际经济法期刊咨询委员韩国通商法制研究所所长亚太感染研究财团理事世界国际法协会国际经济法委员会委员大韩商事仲裁院仲裁员等多项职务。

教师简介:

Warwick Gullett Professor & former Dean of Law & Acting Director Australian National Center for Ocean Resources and Security University of Wollongong. Warwick Gullett is Professor of Law and former Dean of Law at the University of Wollongong and former Deputy and Acting Director of the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS) at the University of Wollongong. His research interests focus on legal protection of the marine environment and the international law of the sea. He is the author of Fisheries Law in Australia (335pp, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2008), co-editor of Asia-Pacific and the Implementation of the Law of the Sea: Regional Legislative and Policy Approaches to the Law of the Sea Convention (230pp, Brill/Nijhoff, 2016) and co-editor of Marine Resources Management (359pp, LexisNexis Butterworths, 2011). Professor Gullett has served on the Editorial Committee of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal and the Australasian Journal of Natural Resources Law and Policy. He was Editor of the Australian Journal of Maritime and Ocean Affairs for 2007-2010 and is currently Current Legal Developments Editor for the Asia-Pacific Journal of Ocean Law and Policy.

教师简介:

Steven Van Uytsel is Professor at the Faculty of Law at Kyushu University (Japan). He received his legal education at the University of Antwerp, including an Erasmus exchange at Uppsala University. He completed his LL.M. & LL.D. at Kyushu University and his Master of Arts (Japanese Studies) at the Mercator Hogeschool (now Mercator Campus of Ghent Hogeschool).

Steven specializes in competition law, with a particular interest in enforcement issues and competition law in Asia. To facilitate research on these topics, Steven has received several grants from the Japanese Society for the Promotion of Science, such as the Grants-in-Aid for Young Scientists (B), No. 23730058, “Competition Law, Public Enforcement Authorities and Private Parties – Towards a More Effective Interrelationship” (April 2011- March 2014) and the Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C), No. 15K03152, “Anti-Cartel Enforcement: Towards a Holistic Understanding of Leniency Policies (April 2015 - March 2018).

The outcome of these research grants has been presented at enforcement institutions and leading law schools in Belgium, China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam and published with leading publication houses. Steven was lead editor of the Research Handbook on Asian Competition Law (Edward Elgar, 2020). He also acted as editor of Regulating FinTech in Asia: Global Context, Local Perspectives (Springer, 2020), Networked Governance, Transnational Business and the Law (Springer, 2014) and Collective Actions: Enhancing Access to Justice and Reconciling Multilayer Interests (Cambridge, 2012). Currently, Steven is working on a book about Leniency in Asian Competition Law to be published with Cambridge University Press in 2022.

More recently, Steven has expanded his research to include artificial intelligence. For his research on artificial intelligence, he has obtained several grants such as JSPS Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (C) (April 2018-March 2021) for doing research on Artificial Intelligence, Price Setting Strategies and Antitrust Law: Towards a Regulatory Framework (No. 18K01300) and Kyushu University’s Progress 100 – RINK Grant for researching Regulating Algorithms: Multi-Disciplinary Perspectives on New Technology & the Law (2018-2020). The outcome of this research is to be published as Algorithmic Collusion and Competition Law with Edward Elgar in 2022 and has been published as Autonomous Vehicles: Technology, Law and Business with Springer in 2021.

教师简介:

Alberto De Franceschi is Full Professor of Private Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Environmental Law at the University of Ferrara. He is Chairman of the European Law Institute’s Digital Law Special Interest Group.

He serves as an expert to the Italian Ministry of Justice for issues related to the EU Digital Single Market Strategy.

In his research, he focuses on Italian and European Contract Law, Digital Law and Sustainability.

Alberto studied law at Padua, Ferrara, Munich and Oxford. In 2010, he got his PhD from the University of Ferrara.

In 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013, he was a scholarship holder of the Max Planck Society in the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition of Munich. In 2013 and 2014 he was Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Law of the University of Oxford. 

From 2015 to 2017 he was Research Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at the University Ludwig Maximilian of Munich. In 2015 Alberto De Franceschi was awarded the DAAD-Ladislao-Mittner Award 2015 “for outstanding achievements in legal scholarship and for special merits concerning the cultural dialogue between Italy and Germany”.From October 2018 to November 2020 he was an Associate Professor of Private Law, Intellectual Property Law and Environmental Law at the University of Ferrara. In 2019 he was a visiting research fellow at the Law Department of the European University Institute.

1.光华法学院出国(境)交流项目学生遴选办法20210615》中明确:全体本科生应积极参加出国(境)交流项目(含特殊时期的线上交流项目),完成培养方案国际化模块以及第四课堂学分认定方可进入毕业环节;自2021年秋季入学的博士研究生开始,全日制博士生在读期间须至少参加一次出国(境)学术交流活动(含特殊时期开展的线上交流项目),方可进入毕业环节。研究生应积极参加出国(境)交流项目,参加全英文交流项目累计时长达32学时及以上,可作为法律英语课程免听的申请条件。

2.本科生参与该在线项目是否可用于第四课堂学分、国际化模块认定请参看详细项目介绍(项目学时数不少于 32 学时(其中线上交流时间不少于16 学时),可认定第四课堂(+2)学分;若单个项目的学时数或多个项目累计的学时数不少于 48 学时(其中线上交流时间不少于24 学时),凭合作方的相关证明材料可申请国际化模块(+3) 学分)。科生同学课程完成后一个月内对外交流系统(新)-回校材料中需提交1000字以上学习报告(英文)及课堂参与截图;研究生同学通过课程结束后提交1000字以上学习报告(英文)及课堂参与截图可认证法学前沿(盖章次数根据授课次数决定,课程完成后一个月内发送至邮箱291772503@qq.com

3.参加不付费的在线交流项目不影响以后出国(境)交流的受资助机会。

4.线下境外交流与合作项目的第四课堂学分及国际化模块学分认定工作,根据《浙江大学本科生第二、三、四课堂学分管理办法(试行)》(浙大发本〔201761 号)、《浙江大学本科生线上境外交流与合作项目管理办法(试行)》(浙大本发〔20224 )及浙江大学本科专业培养方案有关要求执行。

请本硕博同学积极参加线上交流项目,后续学院还会组织推荐项目。
