    From Dec. 26 to Dec. 27, 2020, the first forum on the construction of labor law of the Yangtze River Delta was held in Jiande, Zhejiang Province, sponsored by the Labor Law Research Society of Zhejiang Law Society, the Labor Law Research Society of Shanghai Law Society, the Social Law Research Society of Jiangsu Law Society and the Labor Law Research Society of Anhui Law Society.

During the one and a half days of the conference, dozens of scholars, judges, lawyers and other participants conducted seminars on the five themes including: labor relations in the Yangtze River Delta when the epidemic prevention being normalized, the impact of the epidemic on labor relations policies based on the practical problems, labor law and social security law issues in public emergencies, new employment patterns in the Yangtze River Delta, labor relations and industry standardization development issues, theoretical and practical issues in the construction of the integration of labor law in the Yangtze River Delta. The forum was conducted simultaneously online and offline, and the online live broadcast attracted 63,200 people's attention.  

Prof. Xu Jianyu of Guanghua school attended this forum. He expressed his views on the legal adjustment mode of labor relations under the covid-19 in the session of the second unit and took the local legislation of Zhejiang Province as an example to elaborate his opinions on the improvement of the legislation on special labor protection for female employees in China in the third unit.
