Education Programs of Graduates


The postgraduate education of Guanghua Law School aims at cultivating compound, occupational and innovative postgraduate talents, including the postgraduate and doctoral education. There are nine postgraduate specialties including Jurisprudence, Constitutional and Administrative Laws, Legal History, Economic Law, Civil and Commercial Laws, International Law, Criminal Law, Procedure Law and Environment and Natural Resources Protection Law. The flexible educational system of graduating within two or three years is implemented. In addition, the professional master’s degree---JM is also awarded with the three-year educational system.

 
With the three-year educational system, the doctoral education consists of two doctoral specialties including Constitutional and Administrative Laws and Jurisprudence. The doctoral specialty of Constitutional and Administrative Laws has ten fields of study such as the basic theory of Constitutional Law, the basic theory of Administrative Law, the general theory of Public Law, and the theory of Comparative Administrative Law; the doctoral specialty of Jurisprudence has seven fields of study such as Philosophy of Law, Sociology of Law, Methodology of Law and Comparative Law. Economics of Law consists of economic analysis of legislation, economic analysis of jurisdiction, economic analysis of intellectual property rights and economic analysis of law enforcement.
