Wang Guiguo

Professor Wang Guiguo obtained his J.S.D degree from Yale Law School in 1984. From 1991 to 2015 Professor Wang taught as Chair Professor of Chinese and Comparative Law in City University of Hong Kong, where he also served as Dean of the Law School for many years. In 2015, Professor Wang joined Guanghua Law School as a University Professor in Arts & Social Sciences. Professor Wang is a Titular Member of the International Academy of Comparative Law, and he also specializes in International Economic Law.


William P. Alford

Professor William P. Alford graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge in 1972 and achieved his master degrees both in Chinese Studies and Chinese History at Yale University in 1974 and 1975. He earned his JD degree from Harvard Law School in 1977. He is an expert in Chinese Law. He Currently serves as the Vice Dean of Harvard Law School, the Henry L. Stimson Professor of Law and the Adjunct Professor of Zhejiang University.


He Lianzhen


    Professor He Lianzhen known as an expert linguist, serves as Vice President of Zhejiang University. She was selected sequentially as a member of “Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University”, “New Century Project on Excellent Talents”, and “Ten Thousand Plan. She is also director of the National Advisory Board for College Foreign Language Teaching of the Ministry of Education, chair of “Double First-class” University Network, China Education Association for International Exchange, and vice chair of China Association for Language Testing and Assessment.



Chen Changwen


Professor Chen Changwen graduated from the Faculty of Law, Taiwan University in 1967 and received his master degree from University of British Columbia in 1969, LL.M degree and SJD degree from Harvard Law School in 1970 and 1972. He is an expert in International Law. Professor Chen served as the first President of the Professors Committee of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School. Currently he served as a Visiting Scholar of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School and the Chairman of Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law.


Chen Xingliang


    Professor Chen Xingliang graduated from Peking University in 1981 and earned his PhD degree from Renmin University of China in 1987. He is an expert in criminal law. Professor Chen has been teaching at Peking University since 1988, where he serves as doctoral supervisor, Director of the Academic Committee of the Law School, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the faculty of the Social Sciences of Peking University and the Commissioner of Faculty of Social Sciences, Ministry of Education, etc. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Zhejiang University.


Zhang Wenxian


    Professor Zhang Wenxian holds the degree of Master of Laws and Doctor of Philosophy. Prof Zhang is an expert jurist and also the Senior Professor of Philosophy and Social Science of Jilin University, the Chairman and co-director of the “2011 Plan” ·Collaborative Innovation Centre of Judicial Civilization, the vice president of China Law Society, the director of the Academic Committee of China Law Society, the president of China Association for Legal Education, Convener of Law Section, Social Science Committee of the Ministry of Education, the head of the Review Panel for the law section of the National Social Science Fund of China, the Convener of the Law Section of China Post-doctoral Management Committee, Professor Zhang is also the honorary dean of Guanghua Law School and the current Chairman of the Professors Committee.

Su Yongqin

Professor Su graduated from Taiwan University Faculty of Law and received his JD degree from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in 1981. He once served as Dean of College of Law of Taiwan Chengchi University, Vice Dean and Lord Chancellor of Taiwan Judicial Yuan. He now is a Chair Professor both in Zhejiang University and Taiwan Chengchi University. Professor Su also acts as President of Taiwan Jurist Association.


Yu Xingzhong

    Professor Yu Xingzhong, known as an expert Chinese jurist, graduated from Harvard Law School and earned his LL.M and S.J.D. from Harvard. He is currently working at Cornell Law School. Prof Yu previously served at Law School of Chinese University of Hong Kong, Peking University, Columbia University and Australian National University. He now is also the adjunct professor at Zhejiang University.


Zhou Jianghong

    Professor Zhou received his PhD degree from Kobe University of Japan and expertizes in civil law. He now serves as Acting Dean of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School. He was selected in the Young top-notch talent of Ten Thousand Talent Program and Young Scholar of The Cheung Kong Scholars Program. Prof. Zhou also serves as Executive Director in China Civil Law Society, Vice President in Law Society of Zhejiang Province and member of China Society of Law Education.


Liang Huixing

    Professor Liang Huixing is a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and a research fellow of Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He previously served as the member of the 10th National Legal Society of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and the Law Committee of the 11th National Congress. He also served as Chief Editor of Chinese Journal of Law. Professor Liang currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Zhejiang University.
