On September 6, 2020, Hu Ming, Executive Vice Dean of Guanghua Law School, and Yuan Qing, Vice President of Beijing Research Institute of Zhejiang University, visited the law branch of Alumni Association of Zhejiang University in Beijing. Li Haiwei, President of the law branch of law college, He Jianxiang, Vice president, Zhu Xiao, Vice president and Shi yuenv, secretary-general, participated in the survey.
President Li Haiwei, on behalf of the alumni and the law branch in Beijing, welcomed the visit of the two presidents of his alma mater, and introduced the basic situation of the law branch, the recent activities of alumni, and the preliminary idea of the change of the main person in charge of the branch. Prof. Hu Ming introduced the recent development of his alma mater and Guanghua law school. President Yuan Qing introduced the establishment background, main responsibilities and functions, and preparation progress of Beijing Research Institute of Zhejiang University.
Prof. Hu Ming said that he would always support the law branch to play its role of uniting alumni, serving alumni, and contacting the alma mater under the leadership of the Beijing Zhejiang University Alumni Association. President Yuan Qing hoped that alumni from Beijing law branch and other fields could cooperate with Beijing Research Institute in all aspects, organize and plan various forms of forums, reports and symposiums, and jointly promote the construction of think tanks. Beijing Research Institute sincerely welcomes alumni to visit the Institute frequently, and provides convenience and help for alumni to hold various seminars, salons, orientationand other activities.
