On the morning of November 29th, the 2020 China Rule of Law Practice Forum and Zhejiang Law Society Business Law Research Association Annual Meeting was held in Hangzhou. With the theme of "Enterprise Risk, Credit Crisis and Their Commercial Law Countermeasures", this conference aims to discuss the theory and practice of commercial law, promote communication among scholars, government officials, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs, and build a platform crossover theories and practice, law and economy.

The meeting was hosted by Prof. Qian Hongdao, a member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, Professor of Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University, Dean of the China Rule of Law, and Vice President of the Comparative Law Society of the Chinese Law Society. He delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
Prof. Qian said that in the past eight years, the Chinese Rule of Law Practice has been guided by president Xi’s thoughts on rule of law, with China as the field of practice, combining the two patterns of international and domestic rule of law, and has made a series of Achievement. "Corporate risks and credit crises as major problems encountered in China's legal practice has become more serious since the outbreak of the Covid-19," He believes credit is the fundamental basis. Keep one’s credit is the criterion for a person through which can one avoid and resolve risks. Individuals, enterprises, and governments are cooperating with different subjects which must abide by the rules and contracts. To promote the rule of law comprehensively, we must build a trustworthy government, justice, and society. It is necessary to strengthen mutual trust, and make each country adheres to its credit, abide by international law and the norms of state relations to advance the Belt and Road Initiative and build a Community of Shared Future for Mankind.
