On April 17th, 2020, the 34th Bi-weekly consultation forum of the 13th National Committee of the CPPCC was held by Yang Wang, the member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and the chairman of CPPCC. The subject of the forum is “building a high-quality team of foreign-related legal service personnel. Prof. Wang Guiguo, member of CPPCC, Senior Professor of Zhejiang University and Dean of International Law Study institution, Guiguo Wang; Prof. Huang Huikang, Visiting Professor of Zhejiang University, Member of International Committee of the United Nations and Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Malaysia Huikang Huang both attended and gave speeches on this forum.
