On October 28, 2019, Campus Talk on the LLM Program of University of California, Davis (UC Davis) was held in Zhijiang Campus of Zhejiang University. Ms. Hong Jiaying, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, hosted this talked with the assistance of Ms. Meng Tengfei, Secretary of LLM/SJD Program. They warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, Ms. Adriana Aguena, International Partnership Coordinator of UC Davis School of Law, Mr. Antonio Yung, Chief of California Capital-Sacramento Trade & Education Office and Ms. Lili Wang, Director of Operations of California Capital-Sacramento Trade & Education Office.

First, Ms. Adriana Aguena first gave detailed introduction of the project and a description of California’s region. Thus California, with a huge and dynamic economy, hosted headquarters of many famous international companies, upholding the culture of innovation.

UC Davis is a public research university adjacent to Davis, California. Further UC Davis is also part of the University of California system. It ranks among the top universities in the US and the world and has been labeled one of the “Public Ivies”

After the introduction, Ms. Adriana Aguena focused on the LLM program and described its characteristics. Finally in the end of the talk, students were invited to raise their questions about the project from the aspects of school faculty and scholarship application. Then Ms. Adriana Aguena patiently responded to their questions.
