From May 23 to 24, the Fourth Seminar of Administrative Case Trial Base was solemnly held in Hangzhou. Experts in the field of administrative law, such as Prof. Ying Songnian, tenured professor at China University of Political Science and Law, and many judges from the administrative divisions of the Supreme People's Court and Municipal Courts gathered together to discuss. More specifically they discussed in depth about important and difficult issues concerning the formulation of the Judicial Interpretations of the Administrative Normative documents and the trial of Administrative Compensation cases.
Effectively the seminar was presided over by Ms. Yu Hong, Chief Justice of the Administrative Division of the Supreme People's Court. And the participants, on the basis of summarizing the existing judicial practice experience, combined with the development of the times and theoretical research results, provided assistance for the construction of a more perfect Administrative Trial System in China.
