On January 26th 2021, Prof. Wu Jian, vice president of Zhejiang University, visited Guanghua Law School on Zhijiang Campus and for investigation. Entourage includes relevant persons in charge of the Student Affairs Department of the School Party Committee, General Affairs Office, Logistics Group, Xinyu Group, and Food Center. The party and government leaders of Guanghua Law School, the Management Committee of Zhijiang Campus, and the Office of General Affairs Office of Zhijiang Campus attended the meeting, which was held in the main building 203.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Yonghua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guanghua Law school and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhijiang Campus, introduced the construction and organization of Zhijiang Campus, as well as the restoration and utilization of cultural relics. Prof. Hu Ming, Executive Deputy Dean of Guanghua Law School, reported on the work of the school. The college gives full play to the role of the new platform for ideological and political work, and actively creates a culture of "moral education community"; promotes scientific research and practice education with the advantage of "law + X"; continuously improves the effectiveness of discipline construction and team construction; the construction of an international talent cultivation base has been further consolidated. The college intends to take 2021 as the year of education and teaching, focusing on strengthening talent training, responding to the construction of Zhejiang Digital Economy Demonstration Zone with digital legal talents, and helping Zhejiang to play its demonstration characteristics as an important window of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.
After the report, the departments of the school exchanged ideas with the college and campus on personnel training, campus construction and services. Vice President Wu Jian expressed her gratitude to the comrades of Guanghua Law School for our hard working. She believes that the cohesion of the college team is strong, the discipline construction and team construction are effective, and the training of legal talents is distinctive. At the same time, she pointed out that the college should further transform the advantages of disciplines and faculty into talent training, enlarge the characteristics of legal talent training, and continuously condense the experience that can be passed on through combing and summarizing, so as to achieve better results. For campus work, Wu Jian emphasized that safety is the first priority. The logistics department must provide better services, implement more efficient management, and strive to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and benefits.
