The online application shall be completed and the application package be received by the deadline.
The LL.M.Program in Chinese Law of Zhejiang University starts at the end of August or the beginning of September. For the exact date, please refer to the Admission Notice.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens （Applicants from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan may also apply）.
Applicants should usually have a first law degree from a recognized law school; those who have a Bachelor's Degree with substantial law-related work experience might also apply.
Application Documents
1. Application Form for Admission to Zhejiang University with a recent photograph affixed (white background, 35mm×45mm in size); Applicants shall fill in and submit the application form at the online application system first (iczu.zju.edu.cn/zjdxlxszsxt/default_xs.jsp), then print and sign the Application Form produced by the online application system.
2. Highest degree certificate must be original documents or notarized photocopies. If applicants are not graduated yet at the time of application, they may provide an official certificate showing their student status and stating expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be officially translated into Chinese or English.
3. Academic transcripts must be original or notarized photocopies, in Chinese or English.
4. Certificate of TOEFL or IELTS test score (if applicable).
5. A photocopy of passport.
6. Personal statement, which should include study and work experience, reasons for application and study proposal. No less than 1000 words.
7. Two letters of recommendation, in Chinese or English.
8. Published academic papers or other academic achievements (if applicable).
9. Remittance receipt of the application fee (RMB 800 yuan).
